Cutting Board Care and Maintenance
Hand wash with hot soapy water and dry completely.
To sanitize use a 1:5 ratio of vinegar to water. Re-apply oil after.
Do not submerge or soak the board in water.
Apply a food safe cutting board oil or mineral oil after each use.
Store in a dry and stable environment away from extreme temperatures.
